Use marketing graphs to build on success

Charts offers a number of marketing graphs to show your success in different areas such as: Top 10 Marketing Areas by Total Spend, Top 10 Source of Business by Total Spend, Checkins by Day and Hour, State Revenue Report, Foreign Statistics Report, Marketing Area Pie Revenue Report, and Monthly Revenue Report.

New web interface features

Many of you have heard already about the Charts Web booking engine, which allows guests to book a room on your website, while automatically updating your inventory of available rooms. Charts Web now has the added advantage of allowing the guest to enter extra information, such as how they found out about you. It’s a boon for those wanting to capture more marketing information.

Credit card swipe

If you would like to take advantage of being able to swipe your guest’s credit card, to reliably record those details in the Charts guest record, we can now supply a magnetic card reader for $A220. It’s a great time saver on check-in!
