Support issues

Charts Portal – avoid hiccups when changing room names

If you change the name of a room in any third party website which is controlled by the Charts Portal interface, then please advise the OnLine Systems support team, who will remap your room type configuration.

If this remapping isn't done, then the changed room type will not be updated and you will have many errors such as: bookings not coming through to Charts, allotments not updating properly, and bookings going into the waitlist.

Make sure you do backups

Data backups are a vital business protection procedure. Make sure yours is being done! Always do the backup before doing the night audit, using the Charts internal backup facility. If you need assistance with this, please let our tech support staff know.
